We ordered 150 hard drives on 01 June and we received the shipment yesterday. I regret that 17 of them were badly scratched.
The outer carton containing these goods appeared to be in perfect condition and I accepted and signed for it without question. It was on unpacking the hard drives when we discovered the damage.
