Dear Recipient Name:

Yesterday I received the set of Super stainless steel cooking utensils (5-piece set) you sent me via a courier. I opened the package and found that the goods were not at all what I expected. The wok and the large pot are badly dented while some of the plastic handles of the other pots are loose and cracked. We certainly cannot use this set of utensils for cooking.

It is possible that the utensils were damaged in transit. Whatever the cause, I am returning them to you so that you can give me a completely new set that is in good condition. Otherwise please send me a complete refund of my money.
